The man who gave up a kingdom for love, gave the object of his affection this amazing Cartier brooch with their initials W and E done is rubies and sapphires. The brooch is now for sale again at Bonhams in London on Dec. 7. The auction has an estimate of up to 35,000 pounds ($67,729), lower than the $95,333 it brought when it was first on the market in the 1980s. …
